My beliefs

  • Designs and products are iterative and learning through the process will only help you improve.

  • My work means the most to me when it’s able to include and elevate the voices of all audiences.

  • Understanding your audience is key to creating a successful product. And having data is great, but what you take away from it is more important.

  • Designs are chaos without systems and processes, but they don’t work in a vacuum.

More about me, in a not-so-simple nutshell.

I happened into digital design in college, fell in love, and can’t seem to quit it. I’ve worked at agencies, startups, in-house, and freelance since 2007 and along the way, have earned my “eagle eye", honed my UX skills, and have become an advocate for Design Thinking and inclusive, impact-based design.

I’m also a mom of two littles, wife to another (baller!) design director, a wannabe crafter, avid organizer and list-maker extraordinaire.
